Evie Press is a librettist, composer, filmmaker, songwriter, dramaturg, and director.

She took her first musical to the Edinburgh Fringe in 2022 to 5-star reviews and graduated from Leeds Conservatoire with an MA in Musical Theatre Creation in 2024. Her latest work, Choreomania, premiered at the Birmingham Hippodrome with British Youth Music Theatre.

Evie’s work, across all art forms, explores themes of identity, community, and what we owe to each other. She cares deeply about storytelling with authenticity and empathy, both in the story and the process.
